Cabinetmaking involves lots of manual handling tasks. Whenever you push, pull, carry or hold an object, you're engaging in a manual handling activity. Some actions are riskier than others - meaning that you're more likely to get hurt while you're doing them.
Below is a questionnaire listing the main factors that contribute to the risk of suffering an injury. As you go through the questions, think about the work processes you carry out from day to day, and the environment you work in.
