Presentation options

         Play voice

This resource is designed to be used in a variety of ways. The function buttons relating to the different presentation options are as follows.

The ‘Play’ button appears at the end of every paragraph or sentence that has a voice-over narration. When you click on the button, the voice file will play. Click again to pause the voice.

The ‘Text’ button appears on the right hand side of the page heading banner. When you select it you will see all of the text for that page, plus the image for the top paragraph only. You can still play the voice and see the image for any paragraph by clicking on the ‘Play’ button at the end of that paragraph.

The ‘Photo strip’ button is next to the Text button. Select it to see all of the images lined up beside their paragraphs. Again, you can play the voice for any individual paragraph by clicking on its ‘Play’ button.

The ‘Slideshow’ button is on the far right hand side of the heading banner. It will take you to a slideshow presentation, where the images are displayed in a large frame with the text underneath. To play the voice you will need to select ‘Play all’. The page will then play continuously from the first paragraph through to the last.

The ‘Play all’ button can be used with any of the presentation options. It will allow the voice to run continuously through the whole page, highlighting the text as it goes.
